How to retrieve my microsoft office 2013 product key windows#
i keep everything and again, there is nothing with a windows key on it and feel i should not need to buy a version of windows from microsoft as i already did when i purchased my dell computer. the other computer has a valid warranty but the other dont! i dont see how this is possible? a lady said in a message to buy a version of windows from microsoft! my computers are less than a year old and since i had to reboot the computer to factory settings, i now cannot activate windows on my inspirion, my HP has a sticker on it with my key for my computer! i received no card in any of the paperwork for the laptop.
after a week now, i get a message saying my warranty has been moved.
i forwarded the receipt and all the information they required. I had many emails already and feeling im getting a run around from Dell! i purchased two identical laptops less than a year ago for my kids on christmas.
